Denise started Sundance Realty & Management Inc in 2009 after purchasing the company from her mentor, Daryl Hillman. For ten years Denise was the Owner / Broker of the only independent locally owned and operated real estate office in Innisfail. In 2019 Denise sold the company to Brookstone Investment Corporation. At this time, she stayed on as the managing broker. In 2020 Denise became the president of Brookstone Investment Corporation.
