Our Story
Sundance Realty is the only locally owned non-franchised real estate office in Innisfail. The company was formed in 2009 when Denise Lester purchased Sundance Capital Corp.’s asset and property management portfolio from Daryl Hillman. Denise Lester is the broker of Sundance Realty & Management and Daryl Hillman came on board as Denise’s mentor and the associate broker.
Soon after Denise opened the company she moved the business into the Sundance Professional Centre and real estate associates started to join the growing company. This growth in the team has changed the focus of the company from strictly commercial real estate and property management to a full-service real estate company. The focus of Sundance Realty is to provide exceptional customer service in every facet of the property management and real estate industries.
Sundance Realty has developed an excellent reputation and rapport with trade contractors and professionals in the industry such as engineers, auditors, lawyers, real estate brokers/agents, insurance agents and many more. They continue to be successful in providing their clients with the highest quality of hands-on service at the best possible prices to achieve the goals of their clients.
