Dan has been investing in commercial and residential real estate for over 15 years, ranging from residential rental houses and condos to large commercial Joint Ventures and multi-tenant investments. Securing leases with both local and national tenants to occupy prime commercial real estate has proven to be both complex and rewarding. Before joining the team at Sundance Realty, Dan spent 21 years as a Partner and Broker in the general insurance industry, providing professional services to his commercial and residential clients. He was a partner at Nielsen and Wolfe Agencies before moving to Red Deer in 2007 and joining the partners of Sylvan Agencies and Procom Insurance where together they grew the agency to one of the largest in Central Alberta. With a passion for real estate combined with the desire to help others, Dan is excited to be part of such a dynamic and creative team that is always looking for ways to create a win/win scenerio and help others succeed.
